Skilled Workers : also known as technician at times
Anybody who has willingness to learn n earn can be a skilled worker, later designated as Technician. The responsibility of the skilled worker is to work under and as per the instructions of the expert.

Supervisor
Minimum experience should be of 3 years. His responsibility is to update the contractor of day to day activities of the site, update on materials before getting a shortfall, and handle working staff with care n discipline.

Engineer
Fresh or experienced, technically sound and remain truthful to his or her duties.
